01Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Moon Profits platform, website and services. By creating an account, logging in, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

02About Our Services

Moon Profits provides AI powered institutional asset management. Our systems trade Gold (XAUUSD) and major cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL), using advanced algorithms and institutional grade trading bots.

We operate a transparent profit-sharing model based on real trading results. We do not promise, advertise or guarantee any fixed rate of return.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that using our services is lawful in your country or jurisdiction.

04Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including your name and email address.

Accounts must be activated through the email confirmation link we send you. Each account is assigned a unique account number which, together with your email, can be used to log in.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

05Identity Verification (KYC)

To protect our clients and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, we require identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to upload a valid government-issued photo ID through your client portal.

Withdrawals remain locked until your verification is approved. We may request additional information or decline service where verification cannot be completed.

06Deposits & Capital Lock

The minimum deposit is $100 USDT through our supported blockchain network BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain - BSC). Deposits are credited to your account after the transfer is confirmed and approved by our team.

Each deposit is locked as trading capital for 100 days from the date it is credited. Locked principal cannot be withdrawn during this period. Daily profit shares remain withdrawable at all times, subject to approved KYC.

Always send USDT only on the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain - BSC) network shown in the deposit form. Transfers sent on any other network may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

07Daily Profit Sharing

Eligible trading profits are settled daily at 6:00 PM Alaska Time and distributed as follows:

On days with no eligible trading profit, no distribution is made. Trading losses are absorbed by trading capital and may reduce your principal. Profit sharing reflects real trading results and is never a guaranteed or fixed return.

• •25% — company management fee
• •25% — affiliate pool, shared across three referral levels (12% / 8% / 5%); any unclaimed portion is retained by the company

08Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available profit wallet balance at any time, and of principal once its 100-day lock has expired, provided your identity verification (KYC) is approved.

Withdrawals are paid in USDT to the wallet address registered on your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout wallet details. Requests are reviewed and processed by our team; processing times may vary with network conditions.

09Affiliate Program

Registered clients receive a personal referral code and invite link. When people you refer generate eligible trading profits, you earn a commission across three levels — 12% (level 1), 8% (level 2) and 5% (level 3) — credited daily at settlement to your profit wallet.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or any abusive promotion are prohibited and will result in removal from the program and possible account termination.

10Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, financing of prohibited activities, or attempting to manipulate, probe or disrupt the platform or its trading systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

11Fees

Our management fee is 25% of eligible trading profits, deducted at the daily settlement. There are no hidden charges on deposits or withdrawals; blockchain network fees on transfers are borne by the sender.

12Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal or regulatory requirements. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support; eligible balances will be returned after applicable lock periods and verification.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moon Profits is not liable for trading losses, market movements, blockchain network failures, third-party service outages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
